How does Main Street Grub, LLC work?
* We are a multi-restaurant delivery service serving Alle-Kiski, Westmoreland, Armstrong, and the Pittsburgh Regions.
* You place your order online or via our mobile app.
* A Mobile Grub Runner is dispatched to the restaurant and places your meal in a insulated thermal carrier
and delivers it directly to you at your home, office or hotel room.

When are you open?
* * We are open 7 days, days a week 11am to 9:30pm
* We may close earlier if our drivers are not kept busy. They work for deliveries and tips.
How long will delivery take?
* Delivery times vary due to restaurant preparation, peak times and driving conditions.
* Please allow 30 - 60 minutes for a typical delivery time.
* Please remember to leave the lights on for our grub runner to find your location faster.
How far will you deliver too
* We deliver up to a 20 mile radius from the restaurant you order from (We reserve the right to decline any deliveries that are too far out.)
When is the latest that I can place an order before you close at night?
* Our website closes 30 minutes before we close. If we close at 9:00pm- you can order until 9:30pm.
Can I place an advance order?
* Yes, you can place an advance order on our website 24 hour a day/ 7 days a week.

Non-Contract Non-Partnered Restaurant Pricing
We have been emailed and asked many times if we can deliver for various restaurants that we don't have a contract with. We have decided to offer this service to our customers, however the pricing may be different from the restaurant's menu pricing.
Should I tip my Grub Runner?
* A gratuity for the Grub Runner is customary and greatly appreciated. If you don't provide a tip. A 20% tip will be added.
* The Grub Runner uses their own vehicles and pays for their own fuel. We can't keep drivers if they don't make money. If you only tip a few dollars we will add more to your bill to make it worth the drive for our drivers.
How can I pay?
* We accept Cash, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.
* A 3% credit card fee will be added to all orders paying with a credit card.
Is my credit card information safe to use on your site?
* Yes, the check out is secured with ssl encryption and customer information is encrypted.
How do I enter my coupon code?
* Enter the coupon code at the checkout screen.
How do I enter a Main Street Grub Delivery Gift Card?
* You enter the gift card number like you would your credit card information.
How do I delete an item from my cart using the Main Street Grub, LLC App
* Tap your cart, then tap the item you want to delete and select the delete button to remove the item.
Why don't you deliver for every restaurant in the area?
* We have an agreement with the restaurants we deliver for. Some restaurants don't
realize the benefits of providing a delivery service to their customers. If there is a favorite

How does the drivers get paid?
All drivers get paid all of the gratuity and a portion of the delivery fee.
How do I talk to someone about my order?
There is live local customers service available during business hours to help you with your order. You can call or text us at 724-230-8334 or message us through facebook.
Why did I reveice a new receipt with a different total?
We will send you a new receipt if our price is different from the restaurant price so we dont lose money. We do not profit from the restuarants to make a profit so its important that our website price and the restaurant price match. We contact customers for price differents of 5.00 dollars or more to get confirmation before placing order.
Do you deliver to my address?
To check if we deliver to your go to shopdreamcart.com and enter your address. The website will tell you we can service you address. It will show you a list of restuarants available in your area.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
Contact Main Street Grub by calling or messages us @724-230-8334 if you call the restaurant Main Street Grub will not pick up changed order from the customers. Main Street Grub will only pickup whats on the order receipt.
What if my order is wrong?
If your order is wrong contact Main Street Grub. We will be gladly to fix the order if it is ordered wrong by Us. We will correct the order within 45 minutes. We do not guaranted the order will get fix right away if the resturant missed or made order incorrect. As Main Street Grub doesnt check food in the bags. Please check your order and contact us within 20 mins of receiving your order to have your order corrected if it is passed 20 minutes we will not correct the order. We can not give you credits or fix order if it was Per paired incorrectly unless it was ordered incorrectly. We keep record of how it was ordered.
What if I schedule my order?
For scheduled orders we deliver them ASAP To be sure that your order is delivered before the scheduled time. As we try to be early with orders that are scheduled.
Are used for special request for your meal. Main Street Grub can only requst the restuarant to honor the request. We dont guarantee that it will be honored. If restuarant dose for you dine in we have no control for them doing it on togo orders.
Our quoted times?
Our quoted times are an estimated time for delivery. We can not guarantee the delivery wont be past the quoted time if restuarant quoted times are longer due to business.
This is a non-participating restaurant and Main Street Grub is not affiliated with this restaurant in any way. We provide a delivery service only, acting as your pick up agent. By ordering online from Main Street Grub LLC, you are agreeing to our terms conditions authorize Main Street Grub to pay for, collect, and deliver your order to you. We will call/email you if a menu price has changed or if an item has been dropped from the menu. Website prices may vary from dine-in prices. *We do not prepare your food or your order and we are not responsible for mistakes made by the restaurant on your order, or quality preparation of your food.
